Individual Therapy
This form of systemic therapy works with clients when they want to improve or make some changes in their lives. Working with individuals means clarifying that conflicts remain due to the interpretation we give to different behaviors and experiences.

Couples Therapy
For most people, a couple relationship is the place where their feelings are more involved. Intensive communication about feelings is also part of the couple relationship. An unhappy relationship is associated with dissatisfaction, anger, and doubt.

Family Therapy
In the 1950s, psychiatrists working with schizophrenic patients observed that therapy was more successful when other family members were involved in the treatment. In the context of bicultural families, family therapy is an opportunity to visualize the unspoken conflicts through methods such as family constellations.
